When users first log into the Addison Surveillance System, the video may not display normally. Please login again after downloading ( NetPlay2HE4.exe )
Please take the following steps if it cannot display properly after login:
1.Please go to "Tools"->"Internet Options"->"Security"->"Custom Level"
2.Please set up all the options of "ActiveX controls and plug-ins" to Enable
3.After setup is completed, close the browser and login again.
After login, please click ¡°play¡± to view different product
